I am broken, but as I’m finding out, brokenness in the hands of God is made beautiful. And God uses broken people like me to minister to the brokenness in others.

I attempt to live life as a Christ follower. I am an Auburn grad, social media manager, English teacher, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  I am a self-proclaimed nerd who loves to devour good books. I’m addicted to scarves, cardigans, and coffee. And I like to be outside…as long as it’s nice weather.

  1. I’m not sure if you remember me, but you were my English teacher in middle school (PJHS?). I just wanted to let you know that I love reading your blog posts and your insights on who God is. I know God is working wonders through you because of this blog!

    1. I absolutely remember you! Meredith Childers, right? I can see your face, too! Thank you so very much for the kind comments. They mean more than you can possibly know! I should have known that when I began this blog that satan would be all over me, whispering that no one cares. Well, what does he know?! haha! God keeps giving me ideas, and I keep writing them.

What’s going on with you? Keep in touch!

      1. Nothing much is going on with me, I am in college, work at a daycare, and run my own blog as well. Life is pretty stressful and I absolutely understand that Satan is trying to attack you. However, you have to remember that he only does that because it’s glorifying God!

  2. I’m blessed by your posts, Melea. Thank you for sharing. I’ve always thought you should publish your writings. Now more people can feel the Love of Christ that emanates through you.
Blessings to you, my friend. 😊🙏
